The Cranston East Little League (CELL) exists to provide a program of organized baseball for youth between the ages of 4 and 16 under the leadership of responsible adults in the community. The objective of the League shall be to implant firmly in the youth of the community the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect for authority while teaching the fundamentals of baseball.
